Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange by:

  • Emailing us at samarqandfabrics@gmail.com with your Order ID.
  • This request must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned with the price label intact along with the purchase receipt.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
  • Products cannot be exchanged due to differences in screen colors or textures as colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen display settings.

Exchange Eligibility

You may claim for exchange if:

  1. The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  2. The product received does not match the size ordered.
  3. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels and protective stickers intact.

Steps to Apply for Exchange

    • Your Order ID.
    • A return reason and, if applicable, photographic evidence of the defect.

Processing Time

  • Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 working days of receipt.
  • During busy periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.
